By using Swipeable, you agree to these terms. Swipeable provides virtual Visa card issuance services funded via SOL (Solana). Cards are intended for legitimate online purchases only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. All card issuance fees are non-refundable once a card has been issued.
Cards cannot be used in or by residents of the following countries and regions:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Russia, Myanmar, Somalia, Ukraine, Yemen, Sudan, Crimea region.
Use of our service from these locations will result in immediate card termination without refund.
Cards are blocked at the following merchant categories:
Attempting transactions at restricted merchants may result in card suspension.
Cards must not be used for subscription manipulation, fraud, or actions that increase cancellation rates.
If a card is blocked or a subscription is not intended to be paid, the card must be unlinked from that service immediately. Failure to do so may result in account termination.
Card issuance fees are non-refundable once a card has been issued. Top-up amounts loaded onto the card are non-refundable.
Swipeable is not liable for declined transactions, merchant disputes, or chargebacks. Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before making purchases.
All payments are made in SOL on Solana mainnet. Payment sessions expire after 20 minutes. If payment is not received within this window, the order is cancelled.
Sending incorrect amounts, wrong tokens, or SOL on wrong networks will result in loss of funds. Swipeable is not responsible for user errors during payment.
We may suspend or terminate your account and all associated cards if you:
Remaining card balances may be forfeited upon termination for terms violations.
